Personally identifiable information will be handled in compliance with the law on the execution of orders, the provision of services for which registration is required as well as for the other purposes indicated in this statement. Data handling complies with the principles of correctness, legality, and transparency and every effort will be taken to safeguard your privacy.
The handling of personally identifiable data entails the use of manual, information technology and telematic means (including the fax, the telephone – even without the assistance of an operator – electronic mail, SMS and other IT and/or automated communication systems) such as to guarantee the security and privacy of the information.

c) the logic applied in the event that electronic equipment is used to handle such information;
d) the particulars necessary for identifying the data controller, the persons in charge of data handling and the representative designated pursuant to article 5, subsection 2;
e) the subjects or category of subjects to whom personally identifiable information can be disclosed or who may come into possession thereof in their capacity as designated representative within the territory of the Italian state, managers or appointees.
The person concerned has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, correction or, upon request, supplementing of the data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into information without personally identifiable content or the withholding of information in violation of the law, including that information whose conservation is not necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or successively handled;
c) the attestation that the operations under the foregoing) letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, as concerns their content, to the persons to whom such information has been communicated or disclosed, unless such a measure be impossible or entail a manifestly disproportionate use of resources with respect to the right protected.
The person concerned has the right to refuse partially or totally:
a) the handling of personally identifiable information referring to him/her, on legitimate grounds, although pertinent to the purpose for which it was collected;
b) the handling of personally identifiable information that concerns him/her for purposes of the despatch of advertising material, direct sales or the conduct of market research surveys or commercial communications.
You may exercise your rights as stated above as well as asking for any information regarding our policy for the safeguarding of personally-identifiable information, by sending a communication to this effect to the foregoing address or an e-mail to padovan@tmcigroup.com.
Failure to provide the personally-identifiable information indicated as mandatory will prevent any orders you place from being executed, while the non communication of data considered non-mandatory will have no effect upon the execution of the order.
Subject to your consent, TMCI Padovan Spa shall handle the personally identifiable information referring to you to provide the services for which their registration is required as also for such commercial purposes as the communication of offers, promotions or commercial initiatives of all types initiated by this company or by other operators. For such cases the provision of personally identifiable data is not mandatory and shall not affect the acceptance and execution of any order.
