The choice of pasteurizer: tubular is not always the best
Very often tubular pasteurizer is offered as unique proposal to the customers. From our point of view, which is privileged thanks to our competences and yearly experiences, we can say that it is an error and, mostly, a loss in efficiency for lots of companies.
This is not a critic to such a valid product as the tubular pasteurizer, that our company designs, produces and offers with success.
It is fair to clarify and affirm that the best pasteurizer for everything does not exist: it exists the right pasteurizer for each need.
Who regardless proposes a tubular pasteurizer giutifies its choice because of the remote possibility that the customer uses products very viscous or with a high fiber content, but this rarely happens.
Result: he sold a system that costs 4 times the necessary, with an important energy impact and start-up capital.
